6. System Availability
- Techlion will make every effort to ensure the system is available at all times. However, we are not responsible for downtime caused by maintenance, server issues, or external factors.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
7. Free Maintenance Period
- Upon registration, you are entitled to some free maintenance for setup and basic troubleshooting.
- After the free maintenance period, additional support or maintenance will be charged as per the service agreement.
8. Termination of Service
- Either party may terminate the subscription with written notice.
- Upon termination, your account and data will be deactivated but can be recovered upon request within a specified period (e.g., 30 days).
9. Intellectual Property
- Techlion retains all rights to the software, including source code and design.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SaaS POS during your subscription.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Techlion will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system.
11. Updates and Changes
- Techlion reserves the right to modify the software or these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
- Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
